Why we built Orqon
Email was supposed to make communication easier. Instead, most teams spend a significant portion of their workday just managing their inboxes — sorting, labeling, forwarding, deciding what matters and what doesn't. Multiply that across multiple accounts and multiple team members, and email becomes one of the biggest drains on productivity in any organization.
Orqon was built to change that. We started with a simple belief: AI should be doing the repetitive cognitive work — reading every incoming message, understanding its intent, and putting it exactly where it belongs — so that people can focus on the conversations and decisions that actually move their work forward. The first version connected to Gmail and began classifying emails automatically using natural language labels defined by the user. The improvement in inbox clarity was immediate and measurable.
Since then, Orqon has grown into a unified communication platform that handles both email and WhatsApp — the two channels that together account for the vast majority of business messaging. We serve founders, support teams, operations leads, and everyone in between who wants a calmer, more organized inbox without having to change how they work.
