Delivery & Return Terms

This page explains how digital subscriptions purchased through Orqon are delivered and when they may be canceled or refunded. No physical shipment is involved; the service is considered delivered once your account is activated.

Delivery

After payment is completed, your subscription is activated automatically. Access is provided through the Orqon dashboard, and no shipping process is required. Delivery is considered complete when your account becomes active.

Returns and Cancellations

If you have not substantially used the digital service, you may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of purchase. If the service has been actively used or the time limit has expired, refund requests are reviewed in line with applicable law.

Refund Process

Refund requests should be sent to support@orqon.io. We will review the request within a reasonable period and provide the next steps.

Exceptions

Where withdrawal rights are limited by law or the service has been substantially used, a full refund may not be available. Such requests are always handled in accordance with consumer protection laws.
