Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the rights and obligations that apply to digital subscription purchases made through the Orqon platform. By completing your order, you accept this agreement.
Parties
The seller is Orqon; the buyer is the user or business purchasing a subscription during checkout.
Subject Matter
This agreement covers the online sale, delivery, and usage conditions of Orqon's AI-powered email management services.
Pricing and Payment
The amount shown at checkout is the total payable amount. Payment is processed securely through the selected payment method.
Delivery
The service is digital and is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery takes place.
Withdrawal Right and Refunds
In line with applicable consumer protection laws, the customer may request cancellation or a refund within 14 days. This right may be limited where the service has been substantially used or where a legal exception applies.
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is handled through authorized and compliant processors.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and disputes are handled by the competent authorities in Istanbul.
